Can I get Broadband (ADSL)?
Written by Head Office
The simplest way to see if you’re eligibly for broadband (ADSL) is to simply
use our broadband checker tool by clicking
here.
Please remember that this checker doesn’t guarantee that broadband is available
as only an attempt to connect you to broadband can confirm this.
Alternately you can check the list of Telstra ADSL enabled exchanges by click
here.

What are peak and off peak times and when are they?
Written by Head Office
Many of Saco Technology's internet plans off what is called peak and off peak
usage. Basically what this does is separate the amount you can download into
two different time periods. One of these being the peak period of 9am to 1am
and the off peak period of 1:01am to 8:59am.
So for example if your plan offered 25Gb/35Gb then you can download 25GB of
data during the peak period and 35Gb during the off peak period. Offering peak
and off peak periods allows us to offer you a greater total monthly download
allowance.
