To apply for any of our services simply contact your local representatives
or complete the following applications:
To apply for dial up click here
To sign up for broadband (ADSL) click here
To apply for business DSL click here
To apply for wireless internet click here
To register for a landline or a mobile plan click here
To apply for VoIP click here
To connect a 1300/1800 number click here
To register a domain name or web hosting click here
If making payment by direct debit you will also need to complete this form.
Once the application has been completed you can simple email
it to us, fax to us on 1300 886 984 or even mail to us at PO Box 472 Burpengary
QLD 4505.

How long will it take for my new service to be setup?

Setup times will vary depending on the method which you submit your application
by and the service which you are applying for. Below you will find each area explained:
It will take the following period of time to receive your application;
Email: 1 business day
Fax: 1 business day
Mail: 5 business days
Once application has been received it will take the following time before your
service is provisioned;
Dial Up: 2 business days
Broadband: 7 business days
Web Hosting: 2 business days
Domain Names: 2 business days
VoIP: 2 business days
Wireless Internet: 5 business days
1300/1800 numbers: 5 business days
Mobiles: 5 business days
Landlines: 5 business days
*Please remember that these times are only approximate times and events out
of our control can extend the amount of time it takes for applications to be
received and services to be provisioned.
